After assigning global subjects to programmes, the next step is to specify which subjects should be available in each batch and level. This ensures that students only register for subjects relevant to their stage of study.
Go to Administration in the sidebar.
Click Settings.
Navigate to:
Manage Global Subjects > Online Registration > Assign Global Subjects
To begin the assignment:
Programme: Select the programme you want to work with.
Batch: Choose the relevant batch (cohort).
Course Level: Select the level or year (e.g., Year 1, Semester 2).
Once selected, the system will automatically display all subjects already linked to that programme.
Review the list of global subjects.
Tick the checkbox next to each subject you want assigned to the selected batch and level.
Click Save.
You can return at any time to edit or update subject assignments as curricula evolve.
Only subjects previously assigned to the programme will be visible here.
Make sure course levels are correctly set up to avoid missing options in the dropdown.
