This guide walks you through how to access the ACMS system and what to expect when logging in for the first time.
Go to your institution’s ACMS portal using the designated URL.
Enter your User ID (provided by your institution).
Enter your Password.
Click the Log In button.
If you do not have your credentials, contact your system administrator.
💡 Note: Upon first login, you might be prompted to change your password. If so, enter your new password and confirm it. Click Save/Update to continue.
Step 4: Access the ACMS Dashboard
Once logged in, you’ll be directed to the system's landing page, where you can access core modules such as:
Academics
Administration
Finance
Human Resources
Reports
You can explore each area using the left-hand navigation panel.
