After logging in to ACMS, you will land on the system’s dashboard — also known as the landing page. This is your central hub for navigating all key features of the platform.
1. Top Bar (Header)
Located at the top of the screen. It typically includes:
Notification Bell – View announcements and system alerts.
Messages Icon – Access internal messages and inbox.
User Profile Dropdown – Update your account settings or log out.
2. Left Navigation Panel
This vertical menu gives access to all ACMS modules. Common sections include:
Dashboard – Return to the landing page from anywhere in the system.
Academics – Course creation, applications, registration, transcripts.
Administration – Core configurations, user management, and settings.
Reports – Access system-wide and module-specific reports.
Collaboration– Email, SMS, news, and events.
3. Main Content Area
The center of the page displays forms, data tables, or setup wizards depending on the section you select.
Use the Search function (if available) to locate items quickly.
Collapse the sidebar to increase space when working on forms or reports.
Always look for action buttons like Create, Edit, Save, or Export near the top or bottom of a module view.
