In ACMS, Course Levels can represent academic years (e.g., Year 1), semesters, terms, or any academic grouping your institution uses to organize curriculum delivery. This structure is used throughout the system in subject assignment, registration, transcript generation, and more.
Go to Administration in the left menu.
Click Settings.
Navigate to:
Manage Global Subjects > Online Registration > Course Year
Click Create Course Level.
Enter the following information:
Course Level Name:
Examples: Year 1, Semester 1, Term 3, Foundation
Sequence Number:
Determines the academic order (e.g., Year 1 = 1, Year 2 = 2, etc.)
Click Save.
