The Audit section in ACMS provides comprehensive tracking of user and system activity for transparency, accountability, and system integrity. It consists of four key areas:
Purpose:
View all logged activities across the system by date and type.
How to Use:
Navigate to Audit > Activity Audit.
Use the dropdown to filter by activity type.
Select a date from the calendar.
Activities matching the selected filter will be displayed.
If no filter is set, the activity log remains empty with the message: “Set Filters to continue.”
Purpose:
Track the actions performed by specific users.
How to Use:
Go to Audit > User Audit.
Select a user from the dropdown.
Choose a date.
Click Search to view the user's activity log for the selected date.
If no filters are selected, no data is shown until filters are applied.
Purpose:
Track changes to system data by module, user, and type of activity.
How to Use:
Open Audit > Data Audit.
Choose the Module and Activity (e.g., Add, Update, Delete).
Enter a username (optional).
Pick a date.
Click Search to view results.
The system will display only the changes that match the selected criteria.
Purpose:
Monitor banking-related actions and payment logs, including third-party integrations.
How to Use:
Go to Audit > Bank Audit.
Select the Module and Activity.
(Optional) Enter the Username.
Choose a Date.
Click Search to view relevant records.
Optionally, use the “Streamlined Zanaco Report” for a summarized bank report format (used for certain banking integrations).
