The Quick Reports module offers predefined report templates for fast access to essential data across departments such as academics, admissions, exams, graduation, finance, and marketing.
Below is an overview of the available reports, organized by purpose:
Registration Reports: Displays statistics on currently registered students.
Enrollment Reports: Lists all enrolled applicants in the system.
Not Registered In Term Report: Identifies students who have not registered for the current term.
Examination Reports: Lists upcoming examinations.
Senate Report: Displays results approved by the senate.
Graduation Reports: Lists students due for graduation.
Graduation Lists: Shows past and current graduates by registration term.
Supplementary Grade Report: Details supplementary grades for students.
Results Slip PDF: Generates downloadable result slip reports.
Applicants Overview Report: Displays registered applicants grouped by program.
Applicant Registration Report: Shows admitted applicants.
Applicant Proof of Payment Report: Lists applicants who have submitted payment proofs.
Student Admissions Report: Displays detailed information about student admissions.
Academic Performance Report: Generates course-wise performance based on comments and grades.
BOE Report (Board of Examiners): Compiles exam board decisions per course.
Marketing Reports: Provides analytics for applicant registration by source or campaign.
Deferred Status Report: Lists students with deferred modules.

Click on any report tile to open the predefined report.
Use filters (if applicable) to refine the dataset.
