The Reports Center consolidates dynamic, on-demand reports generated from core system modules, providing insights into academic structure, finance, and user data. It complements both Quick Reports and Custom Reports by offering grouped visual reports and summaries.
At the top, you’ll see summary cards showing total counts:
Programme – Total number of academic programmes.
Batch – Total number of defined student batches.
Students – Total number of active students in the system.
Employees – Total number of active staff members.

Lists all students who have exited the institution, with available historical data.

Provides records of staff who are no longer employed by the institution.

Generates a report of payroll-related information for all employees.
💰 Finance & Fee Management
Fee Collection Details
View collected fees within a defined period.
Fees Defaulters Details
Generate a report of all students who have missed fee payments.

Similar to the above but includes student-wise breakdowns for further tracking.
Students Fees Head-wise Report
Provides a categorized view of fee types paid or due per student (e.g., tuition, lab, library).

Tracks students' Global Subject registration status per term.
DTEF Result Report
Generates results for students under DTEF (Department of Tertiary Education Financing) scheme.
Go to Data and Reports > Reports Center.
Select any report category by clicking the respective tile.
Use filters (date, student name, program, batch, etc.) to narrow down results.
View, print, or export the report in your preferred format (CSV, PDF, etc.).
