1. System Administrator (Super Admin)
Responsible for full system configuration and maintenance.
Main Permissions:

Add/edit all user types
Access and update all modules (Academics, Finance, HR, etc.)
Control global settings, branding, and notifications
2. Academic Officer
Focuses on academic setup and student records.
Main Permissions:
Create programmes, courses, batches, levels
Manage student admissions and allotments
Set registration terms and course schedules
Assign subjects to instructors and students
3. Finance Officer
Handles all fee-related configurations and transactions.
Main Permissions:
Set up level-wise fees by programme, mode, and currency
Track payments, generate financial reports
Apply discounts, fines, and installment options
View student payment status and dues
4. HR Officer
Manages employee records and internal structure.
Main Permissions:
Set up departments, positions, categories
Admit employees into the system
Assign roles and reporting hierarchies
Configure payroll and working schedules
5. Faculty / Employee
Engages with academic modules and student interactions.
