Global Subjects (also known as modules or courses) are the academic components taught within multiple programmes. They are created once and then assigned across programmes, levels, lecturers and batches as needed.
Go to Administration from the sidebar.
Click Settings.
Select Manage Global Subjects.
Short descriptions are categories or groups of related subjects — for example: Mathematics, Business Foundation, IT Core Modules.
💡 They allow institutions to organize subjects logically and reuse them across multiple programmes.
📌 Use case example:
Short Description: Mathematics
Subjects under it:
Algebra 101 (used in Economics & Business programmes)
Calculus I (used in Engineering & Sciences)
Statistics I (used in Public Health & Economics)
