Attention students interested in taking Drivers Ed. There are still a few spots available. It is on a first come first serve basis. Please go to District Office between the hours of 1 pm and 4 pm. You must bring cash, check or money order for $400 and your learners permit.
The boys varsity cross country team improved their League 1 record to 2-1 yesterday with 2 big wins over Middle Country and Longwood. Congrats team!

Underclass Photos will be taken on Wednesday, September 13th, Thursday, September 14th and Friday, September 15th during your gym periods. Please make every effort to get your photo taken during that time.
Attention all Freshman Class Council Members: There is a mandatory Freshman Class Council meeting this Wednesday, September 13th, during extra help, in the Library. If you cannot make it, you must see Ms. Redmond in the Library or Mr. Helbig in Room 140 as soon as possible.

Attention Seniors! Parking Applications are now available in the 1 West, 1 East and 2 West Offices. You must be a graduating Senior with a valid Class D driver’s license, registration and insurance card to get a parking sticker.
Beginning Wednesday, late bus drivers will only accept the new 1st Q 2:10 and 3:15 late bus passes. All students taking a 2:10 or 3:15 bus after school must have the appropriate pass.
Attention all poets, songwriters, storytellers, all lovers of the creative written word and the visual arts! Enigma (William Floyd High School's award winning literary magazine) will once again be published this spring! We need inspired creative students to join us in Room 120 at 2:10 pm on Wednesday, September 13th to plan our year that will include a trip to Columbia University's High School Writer's Conference, the production of our esteemed Coffee House, and the publishing of our magazine! No experience necessary! All are welcome!

You can register and pay for the exam in the High School Main Office beginning Wednesday, September 13th. The cost for the exam is $16.00. Attention Seniors! Lifetouch Studios will be at William Floyd High School on September 18th, 19th and 20th from 2:30 pm – 8:30 pm in the LGI to take your Senior Photo. If you have not scheduled an appointment, please see Dr. Incantalupo in Room 257 or Ms. Janowicz in Room 136. These are the last three days they will be here to take photos. If you do not schedule your photo at the High School, you will need to go to the Lifetouch Studio in Farmingdale!
