Attention Seniors: Parking applications are now available in the 1 West, 2 West and 1 East Offices. You must be a graduating senior with class D driver’s license, registration and insurance card to get a parking sticker. If you do not have a sticker by October 29 you will not be permitted to park in the South Lot.
The William Floyd Community Summit will be hosting its 2nd Annual Broadway Variety Show. Auditions will be held at the Community Library on October 22 and 23 from 3-5 pm and October 28 from 12-4 pm. All selections must be from a musical. Singers, dancers and actors are all welcome to try out.

Hear Ye! Hear Ye! All William Floyd High School students are invited to attend the 2nd Annual Renaissance Faire on November 1. Join us in the West Gym from 6-8pm to learn how people lived during the Renaissance Era by participating in activities, making crafts, watching performances, eating snacks, playing games and winning prizes. The cost of a ticket is one can of a nonperishable food item. All contributions will go to our local food pantry. 9th graders can pick up their tickets in 3 West. Students in grades 10-12 can pick up their tickets in the Chairperson’s Office. Have a great day!
Attention all Underclassmen: Life Touch will be in the LGI on November 1 to take pictures of any underclassmen that have not had their pictures taken yet. Please don’t miss out on this opportunity. This is the last time Life Touch will be here to take your photos.
Any Senior who has not yet taken a Senior Portrait for the yearbook MUST have their Senior Portrait taken NO LATER than October 31, if they would like their Portrait to be in this year’s yearbook. Please call Lifetouch Studios at 631-861-2555 to arrange an appointment as soon as possible. Portraits taken after that date are not guaranteed to be in this year’s book, so don’t delay. Please see Mrs. Janowicz in the Chair’s Office or Dr. Incantalupo in Room 257 if you have any questions.

After school math regents prep is a great opportunity to brush up on your skills for your upcoming regents in January and June. Algebra 1 regents review will be in Room 306 and geometry regents review will be in Room 417 today.
Did you know that 800 pints of blood are needed each day in the tri-county area just for hospitals to perform surgeries, meet the needs of chemo patients and for anticipated emergencies? Please consider giving a blood donation, and see Mrs. O’Donnell in the West Nurse’s Office to make an appointment to donate on October 25.
