Did one of your students, faculty or staff members do something wonderful this past month? Please take a moment to recognize this act by nominating him/her for student of the month or faculty/staff member of the month.
We need nominations for students from 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th grade. Please submit all forms in blue or black pen only!
Just as students deserve to be recognized, teachers and staff do as well. Please take a moment to stop by any Assistant Principal’s office to pick up a form to nominate a teacher or staff member who has had an impact on you in a positive way.

Stressed? Please join the William Floyd HS Medical Club on Monday, May 14 from 2:15 – 3:00 in Room 245 to create a Zen garden with a guest speaker. Anyone interested in pursuing a career in a medical or allied healthcare field is encouraged to come.

Attention Seniors: Graduation is right around the corner. Please make sure you fill out the graduation survey. It is located in your Naviance account. All you have to do is answer a few short questions about your post-graduation plans. This information is required so that we can mail your final transcript to your college, trade school or the military. All seniors must complete this survey. If you need help, please come to the Counseling Center.

Attention Seniors: On June 21, the senior class of William Floyd High School will be conducting its 2nd Annual Graduation Walk Through of the elementary schools. All Seniors wishing to participate in the Graduation Walk Through should sign up in the 1 East Office as soon as possible. Don’t miss out, sign up today!
Are you thinking about going to the prom this June? Make sure you are in good standing, which means on track to graduate. You can have no more than 18 absences in a full-year course and no more than 9 in a half-year course. You must also attend the mandatory Prom Lawyer Meeting tonight.

The Italian Listening Comprehension has been cancelled for the Regents Readiness Workshops for Thursday and Friday. Also there have been several cancellations for Super Saturday which are Algebra I, Spanish Checkpoint A, Italian Checkpoint A and English Language Arts.
