Attention all boys trying out for Boys Basketball: Our tryout will take place on Monday, November 13th. There will be an informational meeting in Room 160 after extra help today. We will take the 3pm bus home. You must have a valid sports physical to participate. Please see your school nurse.
Those individuals, who have committed themselves to sharing the gift of life, are reminded that today is our blood drive. Teachers are asked to release students with appointment cards at the times listed. Students are expected to return to class with their appointment cards signed and dated with the return times. Thanks for being there and remembering that the greatest gift comes from within.

Are you ready to learn about Financial Aid? We invite you and your family to join us for a Financial Aid workshop next week on Thursday, November 2nd at 7:00 p.m. in Room 177. A financial aid counselor will be providing information on the Financial Aid process.
Attention Yearbook Club members: There will be a meeting on Friday, October 27th, from 2:15-3:00 in Room 136. This will be a work session to prepare the ballots for Senior Favorites. Please make every effort to attend. See you there!

All students in Grades 9 – 12 are invited to attend the William Floyd High School Renaissance Faire on November 15th from 6 p.m.- 8 p.m. Learn what it was like to live during the Renaissance Era by participating in activities, making crafts, watching performances, playing games and winning prizes.
You can pick up your ticket at your AP’s office beginning Wednesday, October 25th. The cost of a ticket is one nonperishable food item and all contributions will go to our local food pantry.
Do you need some help getting ready for a math regent’s exam? Regent’s exam prep sessions are running after school weekly. Algebra I sessions will run every Monday in Room 306 and Thursdays in Room 415. Geometry sessions will be held every Wednesday in Room 223 and Algebra II sessions will be on Fridays in Room 207.
On Thursday, November 16th Suffolk County Community College will be in the Counseling Center for Onsite Admissions. For more information on how to participate see your guidance counselor! Don’t miss out on this opportunity!
