Did you know that there is no substitute for human blood? Over 800 pints of blood a day are needed for Long Island hospitals. Blood must be collected daily to provide fresh components to hospital patients. There is always a demand for blood. Won’t you consider making a contribution with your gift of life? See Mrs. O’Donnell in the west nurse’s office for an appointment to donate at the Floyd blood drive on October 26th.

Do you need some help getting ready for a math regents exam? Regent’s exam prep sessions are running after school weekly. Algebra I sessions will run every Monday in Room 306 and Thursdays in Room 415. Geometry sessions will be held every Wednesday in Room 223 and Algebra II sessions will be on Fridays in Room 207.
On Thursday, November 16th Suffolk County Community College will be in the Counseling Center for Onsite Admissions. For more information on how to participate see your guidance counselor! Don’t miss out on this opportunity!
