What if a garden could change a neighborhood? What if a single seed could start a movement? Ron Finley saw empty lots where others saw nothing — and transformed them into spaces of growth, nourishment, and hope. He proved that leadership doesn’t always begin in boardrooms; sometimes it begins in the soil beneath our feet. His story challenges us to look at our communities and ask one simple question: What can I grow here?
