Microbiology

The Department of Microbiology is located in the main building of the school of Medicine

and it includes two main teaching laboratories and several other utilities. The main responsibilities of this departments is to offer both theoretical and practical courses in several fields of Microbiology including Bacteriology, Virology, Immunology and Parasitology to the students at the School of Medicine and offer shools.

The Department participates in offering MSc degree in Medcial Microbiology (one year theoretical course and one year research work).
