Biochemistry

The Department. of Biochemistry is a preclinical (basic science) discipline in the Medical School and is associated, either wholly or partly, with a number of advanced research and education entities. The Department strives for frontier in scientific research and teaching.To do so, we

(i) advance scientific discoveries through our research programs.

(ii) participate in the scientific education of undergraduate students.

(iii) provide high-quality research training for graduate students and post-doctoral researchers.

We aim to create a good research and teaching environment in order to inspire the next generation of scientists and educators within medicine. The Dept. is one of core units of the Medical School, inside the main building. The Dept. is located at the third floor.
