Welcome to the Fairfield Township Government Center

The acquisition of the former Fairfield School site on Fairfield-School Road afforded Fairfield Township the opportunity to purchase 16 acres of centrally located land to be used in the creation of the Fairfield Township Government Center. While the old Fairfield School building was long-slated for demolition (click for video), the smaller, "Annex" building provided necessary records storage, office space, public restrooms, and additional space to accommodate Township meetings. The Annex is open for all public meetings.

The completion of the Lake and Dry Hydrant project at the Fairfield Township Government Center provided much needed centrally located water capacity to the area fire departments contracted to provide Fairfield Township Fire Protection

The Headwaters Nature Trail is an exciting addition to Fairfield Township. Be sure to visit the Headwaters Nature Trail page on this site for details.

A number of non-profit local groups including youth softball, 4H, and youth soccer have utilized the facility for their meetings as well. If you are interested in reserving the meeting room for your non-profit organization's meeting, please download the form (below) and contact us.
