Board of Zoning Appeals

The Fairfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a PUBLIC HEARING regarding an Application for Variance on Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in the Fairfield Township Administration Building located at 3062 Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, Ohio. The application submitted by Holly Kerr requests permission to erect an accessory structure closer to SR 164 than the existing residential structure upon the property known as 4631 SR 164, Fairfield Township, Columbiana County, Ohio.  This meeting is open to the public and all interested parties are invited to attend.
