New Bids for Township Mowing

Fairfield Township Trustees are seeking bids for the mowing and trimming of all township owned properties for the 2019 & 2020 mowing seasons.  All properties must be bid and all properties must be bid on and individual basis per location.  Proof of liability insurance and worker's compensation insurance must also be provided with the bid.

Six cemeteries: Esterly, Liberty Hill, Cool Springs, Bethel, East, Fairfield and Mt. Zion.  One small park on Middleton Rd.  Property at 3062 Fairfield School Rd.  Property at 3136 Fairfield School Rd.  Ball field at SR 7 (as needed).  Headwaters Nature Trail.

For questions and/or location details, contact Fairfield Township Road Supervisor Melvin Miller at 330-482-2695.  Mail bids to Fairfield Township - c/o Fiscal Officer Pat Hoffmaster, 3062 Fairfield School Rd., Columbiana, OH 44408.  Mailed bids must be received by April 3, 2019.  Hand delivered bids will be received by the Trustees at the Government Center - same address - until 7:00 P.M. April 4, 2019, when the bids will be opened at 7:30 P.M. during the regular meeting.

Fairfield Township Trustees reserve the right to reject any or all bids.
