The Fairfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a PUBLIC HEARING regarding an Application for Conditional Use on Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in the Fairfield Township Administration Building located at 3062 Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, Ohio. The application submitted by East Fairfield United Methodist Church requests permission to erect a LED Electronic Programmable Message and Graphic Display sign upon property known as Columbiana County, Ohio Parcel 16-02479000 Lots 43, 44, 45 aka 45675 SR 558, , Fairfield Township, Columbiana County, Ohio.  This is intended as a replacement for the current sign located upon this parcel. This meeting is open to the public and all interested parties are invited to attend.
