The Fairfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a PUBLIC HEARING regarding an application for CONDITIONAL USE on Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the Swope Meeting Room of the Fairfield Township Administration Building located at 3062 Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, Ohio. The application submitted by Buckeye Transfer Realty LLC requests permission to operate a FULL SERVICE Truck and Transfer Terminal Servicing the Oil and Gas Industry  upon Parcels 1602291000, 1602292000, and 1602419001, Fairfield Township, Columbiana County, Ohio. These parcels are located in the vicinity of Esterly, Wisler and Cherry Fork Roads and are currently zoned I-1 Industrial – Light. This meeting is open to the public and all interested parties are invited to attend.
