Public Meeting of the Fairfield Township Zoning Commission

The Fairfield Township Zoning Commission will hold a PUBLIC HEARING regarding an application for ZONE CHANGE on January 18, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the Fairfield Township Administration Building located at 3062 Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, Ohio. The application submitted by Joseph Remish requests a zone change from the present zoning designation of I-1 (Industrial) to AR-1 (Agricultural-Residential) upon Columbiana County, Ohio Parcel #7-00849.000 aka 44006 Columbiana Waterford Road. This meeting is open to the public and all interested parties are invited to attend. This Board also considers changes and clarifications of the Fairfield Township Zoning Code.
