LEGAL NOTICE:

The Fairfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a PUBLIC HEARING regarding an Application for Variance on December 1, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in the Fairfield Township Administration Building located at 3062 Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, Ohio. The application submitted by Michelle Neiser requested permission to erect an addition to an existing single family residential structure upon parcels 16-02208 and 16-02207 aka 4213 Kirk Road, Columbiana County, Ohio. This addition, if approved will be approximately 4’6” from the neighboring property line in an area where 10’ is the stated requirement.  This meeting is open to the public.
