The application submitted by Kenneth and/or Christine Fox requests permission to allow an accessory structure to be erected closer than 15 feet from the Residential Structure located upon the property known as 4123 Woodville Road, Leetonia, Ohio, Columbiana County, Ohio aka Columbiana County, Ohio Parcel #16-00189.002. The application submitted by Wynne Horst requests permission to replace existing Horst Deli sign with a LED sign upon the property known as 5347 SR 7, aka Parcel Number 16-01083.000, Columbiana County, Ohio. This meeting is open to the public and all interested parties are invited to attend.
