BZA Hearing 2/10/22 6:30 p.m.

The Fairfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a PUBLIC HEARING regarding a variance for the minimum lot area of 4 acres in an AR-1 district at 2431 Beeson Mill Rd. Leetonia, OH 44431. The hearing will take place on Thursday, February 10, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. in the Swope Meeting Room of the Fairfield Township Administration Building located at 3062 Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, Ohio. This meeting is open to the public and all interested parties are invited to attend.
