Public Meeting of the Fairfield Township Trustees

The Fairfield Township Board of Trustees will hold a PUBLIC HEARING regarding an application for ZONE CHANGE on February 15, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. in the Fairfield Township Administration Building located at 3062 Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, Ohio. The application submitted by Joseph Remish requests a zone change from the present zoning designation of I-1 (Industrial) to AR-1 (Agricultural-Residential) upon Columbiana County, Ohio Parcel #7-00849.000 aka 44006 Columbiana Waterford Road. The Zoning Commission held a hearing January 18, 2018 and has made a recommendation to the Trustees to approve the zone change. This meeting is open to the public and all interested parties are invited to attend.
