Public Meeting of the Board of Zoning Appeals

The Fairfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a PUBLIC HEARING regarding four pieces of business: two applications for VARIANCE regarding nonconforming parcel divides at 41520 and 40186 Miller Road, Leetonia, one application for CONDITIONAL USE for placement of a temporary office trailer by Better Management Corporation at 4321 SR 7, New Waterford, and a SITE PLAN REVIEW submitted by C. Tucker Cope for construction at Phil’s Sales & Service, Columbiana, 1472 Col Lisbon Rd.  The hearing will take place on Thursday, March 22, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the Swope Meeting Room of the Fairfield Township Administration Building located at 3062 Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, Ohio. This meeting is open to the public and all interested parties are invited to attend.
