Please be assured that any proposal made before the Board of Zoning Appeals or Zoning Commission of Fairfield Township will be publicized not only to adjacent property owners of the proposed development but also in the Legal Notices and here in your 24/7 web site for Fairfield Township news. As always, we strive to keep the residents of Fairfield Township well informed. We cannot hold lengthy discussions outside of Public Meetings but encourage all residents of Fairfield Township to attend any publicized meetings and share their concerns, opinions and requests for clarification during ANY application process.
On that note, our Zoning boards are currently holding open invitations for applications by Fairfield Township Residents aged 18 or older who wish to volunteer as an Alternate Member of a Zoning Board. If interested, please send a letter of interest detailing your background and confirming that you reside in the unincorporated area of Fairfield Township to: Office of Zoning, Attention: Kymberly Seabolt, 3062 Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, Ohio, 44408.
