The Fairfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a PUBLIC HEARING regarding an application for CONDITIONAL USE on Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in the Swope Meeting Room of the Fairfield Township Administration Building located at 3062 Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, Ohio. The application submitted by Almamet USA, Inc, requests permission to manufacture magnesium granules and powder which are combustible metal powders and classified by NFPA & OSHA as a hazardous material upon property zoned I-1 (Industrial – Light) known as Parcel(s) 16-02419001 / 16-02292000 (in whole or in part) located in the vicinity of Cherry Fork and Esterly Drives (aka Port Authority Property) Fairfield Township, Columbiana County, Ohio. This meeting is open to the public and all interested parties are invited to attend.
