Public Meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals

The Fairfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a PUBLIC HEARING regarding an application for VARIANCE on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the Swope Meeting Room of the Fairfield Township Administration Building located at 3062 Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, Ohio. The application submitted by James Booher requests a variance from Fairfield Township Zoning Resolution 405.01 [Accessory Structure] (c) shall not be located closer than fifteen (15) feet to a main building as relates to a swimming pool he would like to site on the property known as  Parcel #1601735005 aka 5866 Woodville Road, Fairfield Township, Columbiana County, Ohio. This meeting is open to the public and all interested parties are invited to attend.
