Public Meeting of the Board of Zoning Appeals

The Fairfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a PUBLIC HEARING regarding an application for VARIANCE on Tuesday, September 6, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. in the Swope Meeting Room of the Fairfield Township Administration Building located at 3062 Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, Ohio. The application submitted by Glenn Crosby requests a variance of the required accessory structure setbacks upon the property known as Columbiana County, Ohio Parcel #1600954000, aka 40287 Kelly Park Road, Fairfield Township, Ohio. This is a proposed variance from Fairfield Township Zoning Resolution 405.01 Accessory Uses and Structures: Except as otherwise provided in this Resolution, an accessory structure shall not be located closer than fifteen (15) feet to any side or rear lot line.  This meeting is open to the public and all interested parties are invited to attend.
