Public Meeting of the Board of Zoning Appeals

The Fairfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on January 18, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. in the Fairfield Township Administration Building located at 3062 Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, Ohio regarding the proposed as follows: “The Fairfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals approved a Conditional Use Permit submitted to Fairfield Township on May 17, 2017, application No. 17-07, such approval occurring on June 8, 2017. The Board of Zoning Appeals received a written withdrawal of Application by letter from the applicant dated September 21, 2017. As the referenced application has been formally withdrawn by the applicant, this Board does hereby vacate the approval of June 8, 2017, with such approval being hereby declared null and void.” This meeting is open to the public.
