BZA Meeting & Hearing

The Board of Zoning Appeals will meet on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at the Fairfield Township Government Building, located at 3062 Fairfield School Rd., Columbiana, OH 44408. This hearing is for a variance application by Phil's Sales & Service for a setback of their new building. The code requires 35' and they currently only have 10'. The variance will be for 25'. This hearing is open to the public.
