BZA Public Hearing 3/26/20 *POSTPONED*

*UPDATE*!! The originally scheduled Fairfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals PUBLIC HEARING regarding an amended conditional use application for Buckeye Transfer Realty, LLC at 41738 Esterly Drive, Columbiana, OH 44408 has been POSTPONED.  Out of an abundance of caution, and pursuant to warnings and directives from the State and Federal governments limiting and discouraging gatherings of persons during the pending coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, and in the interests of the health and safety of the public, the hearing set Thursday, March 26, 2020 on the application of Buckeye Transfer, Inc. for a conditional use permit has been  postponed, to be reset with proper notice as soon as practicable. Again, the hearing will NOT take place on Thursday, March 26, 2020 at 6:30 p.m.
