Zoning Commission Hearing 4/23/22 10:00 a.m.

The Fairfield Township Zoning Commission will hold a PUBLIC HEARING regarding an application for amendment to the zoning resolution on April 23, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. in the Fairfield Township Administration Building located at 3062 Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, Ohio. The application submitted by Franklin Land Associates on behalf of Baer Auctioneers Realty requests a zone change from the present zoning designation of I-1 to C-2 for Columbiana County, Ohio Parcels #17-00238.001, 17-00171.000 and 17-00203.000 aka 42083 SR 344 and owned by Baer Auctioneers Realty, LLC. This meeting is open to the public and all interested parties are invited to attend.  After conclusion of the hearing, a normal meeting will commence and the matter will be submitted to the board of township trustees for its action.
