BZA & Zoning Commission Meetings

The Fairfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a PUBLIC HEARING regarding an application for VARIANCE for a dwelling square footage requirement at 42240 Metz Road, Leetonia.  The hearing will take place on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the Swope Meeting Room of the Fairfield Township Administration Building located at 3062 Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, Ohio. This meeting is open to the public and all interested parties are invited to attend.

Additionally, the Zoning Commission Board will hold it's quarterly meeting on September 20, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the Swope Meeting Room located at 3062 Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, Ohio 44408.
