Public Notice of the Meeting of The Fairfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals August 1, 2017

The Fairfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a PUBLIC HEARING regarding an Application for Variance on August 1, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Fairfield Township Administration Building located at 3062 Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, Ohio. The application submitted by PhD Manufacturing, Inc. requests a variance from the Required Parking Spaces per the Fairfield Township Zoning Code upon the I-1 zoned property located on parcels 17-00844.000 and 17-00849.001 aka mailing address 44018 Columbiana-Waterford Road, Columbiana, Ohio 44408. This meeting is open to the public and all interested parties are invited to attend. 

 

Please note this request is not made in conjunction with the Conditional Use Application 17-07. This is a separate action Application for Variance 17-13 based on a revised site layout concept. The revised layout does not propose access to an I-1 District through an R-2 District or a reduction in the I-1 side yard depth. Table 503 Required Parking Spaces Single Occupant Industrial building 1 space per 700 square foot of floor area. Minimum of 8 spaces. Proposed Building = 62,900 Square Feet. 62,900 SF / 700 SF = 89.8 Rounded up to 90 Spaces Required. Proposed new parking = 20 spaces. Variance Requested: 70 spaces (90-20).
