 Fairfield Township Board of Trustees will hold a PUBLIC HEARING regarding a recommendation from the Zoning Commission for amendment to the zoning resolution on May 19, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Fairfield Township Administration Building located at 3062 Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, Ohio. The application submitted by Franklin Land Associates on behalf of Baer Auctioneers Realty requests a zone change from the present zoning designation of I-1 to C-2 for Columbiana County, Ohio Parcels #17-00238.001, 17-00171.000 and 17-00203.000 aka 42083 SR344d and owned by Baer Auctioneers Realty, LLC.
