The Fairfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a PUBLIC HEARING regarding an application for CONDITIONAL USE on Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in the Swope Meeting Room of the Fairfield Township Administration Building located at 3062 Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, Ohio. The application submitted by Raymond Babik requests permission to construct a storage building to store trucks and materials for his off-site plumbing business on a vacant lot adjacent to his residential lot upon property known as 40834 & 40800 Bonesville School Road, aka Parcel Number 1601701004 and 1601701001, respectively, Fairfield Township, Columbiana County, Ohio. This meeting is open to the public and all interested parties are invited to attend.

Agenda Item Two:

The Fairfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a PUBLIC HEARING regarding an application for VARIANCE on Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in the Swope Meeting Room of the Fairfield Township Administration Building located at 3062 Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, Ohio. The application submitted by Gary Lisko requests permission to erect a 24’x24’ garage for storage to be located closer to the front roadway (Metz Road) than the residence upon property known as 44078 Metz Road, Fairfield Township, Columbiana County, Ohio. This is a proposed deviation from Fairfield Township Zoning Resolution 405.01:  Except as otherwise provided in this Resolution, an accessory structure: (a) shall not be located closer to front street line than the main building; This meeting is open to the public and all interested parties are invited to attend.
