LEGAL NOTICE of Meeting of the Board of Zoning Appeals

The Fairfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a PUBLIC HEARING regarding an application for VARIANCE on Tuesday, August 2, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. in the Swope Meeting Room of the Fairfield Township Administration Building located at 3062 Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, Ohio. The application submitted by Peter Mochtyak requests permission to erect an accessory structure for personal use on vacant Parcel #1602176003 Columbiana County, Ohio. This parcel is adjacent to residential Parcel #1601991000 Columbiana County, Ohio aka 41995 Kelly Park Road, Leetonia, Ohio also deeded to Mr. Mochtyak and containing the residential structure of same. This is a proposed variance from Fairfield Township Zoning Resolution  405: Accessory Uses and Structures. To whit: accessory structures may only be established or constructed on a lot having a legally existing main use and main building. This meeting is open to the public and all interested parties are invited to attend.
