Agenda items include the approved application and conditions of same for Almamet, USA, Inc. upon property known as Parcel(s) 16-02419001 / 16-02292000 (in whole or in part) located in the vicinity of Cherry Fork and Esterly Drives (aka Port Authority Property) Fairfield Township, Columbiana County, Ohio.  This meeting is open to the public.

The Fairfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a PUBLIC HEARING regarding an application for VARIANCE on Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in the Swope Meeting Room of the Fairfield Township Administration Building located at 3062 Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, Ohio. The application submitted by Zarbana Industries requests waiver of the required 25 foot rear yard depth and/or 25 foot barrier between the proposed property line and existing building on Parcel 1602292 currently owned by Columbiana County Port Authority, on Esterly Drive, Fairfield Township, Columbiana County, Ohio. This is a proposed deviation from Fairfield Township Zoning Resolution Table 303: Lot Area Yard and Height Requirements as they pertain to I-1 Light Industrial District requirement of 25’ minimum depth in side and rear yards. Applicant(s) propose to divide the existing building into separate ownership for financial purposes and, in doing so, request variance of required setback in order to divide ownership of the existing building. This meeting is open to the public and all interested parties are invited to attend.
