The Fairfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a PUBLIC HEARING regarding an application for VARIANCE on Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the Fairfield Township Administration Building located at 3062 Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, Ohio. The application submitted by Nancy Woodruff requests variance to erect a residential addition 20’ from adjacent property line. This is a proposed deviation from the 25’ setback required.  This variance is requested upon parcel 1602397001 / aka 43830 Crestview Road, Fairfield Township, Columbiana County, Ohio. The application submitted by Huck Hughes and/or Michael Kelleher requests permission to have a 3’x 3’ reflective sign hanging in a frame measuring 8’ tall and 45” wide and designed to promote an off-site business (known as H&K Welding). This sign is located upon the property known as Parcel 1600011000 aka 3379 SR 7, Fairfield Township, Columbiana County, Ohio. This meeting is open to the public and all interested parties are invited to attend.
