1. Call to Order & Welcome (Katie McCourt, President)  5:30 p.m.

   1. Introduction / Sign-In

2. Approval of June Minutes

3. Treasurer’s Report

4. Principal/Teacher Updates/Voting

   1. Requests/Upcoming Projects

      1. Robinson: Gotcha prizes $200

         1. Approved

      2. Handley: 4th grade Treworgy’s trip $72

         1. Discussion regarding political divisiveness

         2. Approved with expectation that Mrs. Handley will follow up about experience after the trip

   2. Teacher/PTF Wishlists on Amazon

      1. Katie will email Mrs. Pullen about adding to newsletter

      1. Oct. 24, 3:30 Trunk or Treat, 5:30 movie

      2. Food Truck

         1. Katie will reach out to Lil Piggy food truck

         3. Drinks – we have some left over

         1. Two short movies – one for littles and one for middle schoolers

         2. Jerry will take the lead

      4. Jerry will create flyer to be shared in newsletter

      1. Madeline reached out about selling in front of store, will followup

   1. 8th grade graduation

      1. Recap of last year’s lack of parent participation and resources with Kate and how we better plan for future 8th grades classes

      2. Where does the money come from?

      3. Discussion of how to cover costs (trip, dinner, flowers, gifts, t-shirts, etc.)

      4. Should PTF provide a base budget

      5. Per student allocation?

      6. Jody will gather info/previous expenses and we will vote next meeting
