1. Call to Order & Welcome (Katie McCourt, President)  5:29 p.m.

   1. Introduction / Sign-In

2. Approval of Sept. Minutes

3. Treasurer’s Report

   1. Checking: $20,226.58

      1. Includes 1,038.85 check from Stompers

   2. Script: $2,698.34

   3. PayPal: $19.45 (Christmas Market table registration)

   4. Total: $22,944.37

4. Principal/Teacher Updates/Voting

   1. Requests/Upcoming Projects

      1. Math Olympiad: $175 for registration + snacks?

         1. Approved up to $300

      2. Annie Goodwin: $425 for Fun Forest Friday Maine Audubon Society visits

         1. Approved

      3. Annie Goodwin: $1361.25 Within the Whale

         1. Approved 

      4. Beth Handley: $338 2nd and 4th grade field trip to Thunder Road Farm

5. Events & Fundraisers

   1. Trunk or Treat, Oct. 24

      1. Food truck/movies set up

         1. Jerry spoke to Michelle Briggs and is all set with movie set up

      2. Popcorn/drinks

         1. No popcorn

         2. Container of water and cups to be provided

      3. Donations for Miss Donna

         1. Katie will take donations at her trunk

   2. Christmas Market, Dec. 6

      1. Confirmed gym is available

      2. $20/table

      3. Nov. 7 deadline to sign up

      4. Noon-4:00

      5. Interest in a table with baked goods – give Student Council or Drama first opportunity? Or provide lunch options in addition?

      6. Santa

         1. Carl has not heard back from Santa. Reached out again today.

         2. Alicia will reach out to someone as well.

            1. 1-2 p.m. tentatively

   1. 8th grade funds

      1. $50/student provided by PTF approved

      2. Discussion of fundraising opportunities

         1. Makers market

         2. Food at art night

         3. Babysitting

   2. PTF on website

      1. Keep it simple with important info and agendas and minutes

      2. Add to newsletter for awareness

   3. Card system for snack shack

      1. Service and maintenance fees may apply

      2. Not affiliated with PTF, no need for our involvement

7. New Business/Open Floor

   1. Classroom fundraising competitions 

      1. Move to future meetings. Keep on our radar.

   2. School garden

      3. Atlantic will do soil if needed

      4. Mrs. Handley & Mr. Pearson supervising
