1. Call to Order / Sign in

2. Approval of November Minutes, approved

3. Treasurer’s Report 

• Checking balance: $7,923.69

• Scrip Saving balance: $2,195.51 

4. Spring Play

• Approved additional cost of backdrop ($35 more than expected)

5. Calendar Raffle

• Facebook, communicate, tickets = Katie/Jody

6. Teacher Appreciation Gift Ideas, 5 - 9

• Camping chairs, pricing Katie

• Beach blanket, pricing Karl

• 45 staff members

  • $500 - $1000, customized blankets (online: everythingbranded.com), Wright’s cost? Tim to check, get samples to see quality

7. Request of funds:

• Tim Pearson - $250 for 8th grade fishing trip on Jan 24, approved

• Agnes Robinson
  extra funds for square 1 art, no longer being used, ask her where it is, about $300, Tim to send email

• Jerry Troeger, Chess board reimbursement, 4 clocks and 2 boards, demo poster - $178

  • Bundles of pieces

  • $88.95 new stuff

  • $178 + 88.95 = $266.95 (approved)

8. Old Business / New Business

• Field day is coming, Madeline & Katie to run

• Gala, website is up, reserved, volunteers…

• Spring fling, Peaks Hill or Lucerne Inn, splinter cell, transparency in meetings and funds

• Texas Roadhouse eat in fundraiser

• Dedham Demon 5*5 stickers 100/$150 300/$309 500/$445, could sell them for $10/sticker

  • Partner with student council, they peddle them for a bit of the profit
