Color Run recap: Went well, numbers were good, easily manageable group. Improvements for next time- work ahead of time for sponsors, t-shirts, etc. Use as a fundraiser in the future? Who will coordinate next year's event? For t-shirts, best to do non-dated and leave ad space on back. Potential sponsors?

June- End of school year

July- No meeting

July 21- fundraiser, parking cars at Shaw's for concert. Sign-up genius is out for volunteers to sign up.

August- In-person planning meeting. Date TBD.

Requests for funds:

1. Additional 14.83 for 8th grade t-shirts. Motion- Tim, 2nd- Jeff, Unanimous

2. Funds for yearbooks. Motion- Tim, 2nd- Jerry, unanimous

3. Ice cream sandwiches ($50 estimated). Motion- Tim, 2nd- Jeff, unanimous.

4. Flowers for 8th grade graduation (671.71). Motion- Jeff, 2nd- Tim, unanimous.

Request from Erica Haulk for PTF to cover the cost of championship t-shirts for the softball team. Motion- Jerry, 2nd- Jeff, unanimous.

Quote for floor mats: $1885 for two mats. Will vote at a later date. Price for one 6x10 is $1022.82.

Old/new business: A special "Dedham" dessert to be produced by a local bakery and offered at various restaurants with proceeds going to PTF. Jerry is looking into this.
