3. Treasurer's report given by Jody:

Checking balance $7372.31

Script savings balance $2190.86

Money for gotcha prizes has not been withdrawn from this balance yet.

4. Recap of parking event:

The following suggestions were made for next year-

-Bring a cooler of bottled water

-Bring a better sign, maybe a posterboard?

-Implement a ticket system with the front people taking money and giving tickets

-Bring plastic gloves

This event raised appx $2500.

Make sure we're on the list for next year.

5. Requests for funds:

-Lift rental costs and pizza lunch for scoreboard volunteers

Discussion regarding thank you gifts for the people that donated time/materials for the scoreboard installation.

6. Recap of scoreboard install:

Gift cards will be given with a handwritten thank you note. Jody will write the cards.

Discussion regarding other ways to show thanks:

-Putting names on school sign

-Post on social media

-Handwritten sign

7. Regular ongoing meetings:

Discussion regarding whether to do virtual, in-person, or hybrid and what day is best. Meetings will be held the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 5:30pm in-person with Google Meet for back-up.

8. 2022 calendar:

August: Open House- discussed ways to engage more participation in PTF. Create document to send home and display at Open House with a QR code that will bring people directly to the sign-up sheet. Erika will create the QR code and link to the sheet. Donation bucket at Open House. Trifold board with pics of previous PTF funded events. Will send the form home after the first week of school. Do a drawing for an Amazon gift card with the form being the entry?

September: Custom t-shirt- Demon with Santa hat? Can we do a plain logo and a custom logo? Jerry will look into it.; Nomination of officers-publish nomination of officers in newsletter one month before formal vote in October. Red Sox tickets raffle for October game including entrance to private season ticket holder club (Royal Rooters). Donation of four tickets to October 3rd game. More info to follow.

October: Trunk or Treat- will send flyer home. Voting of officers.

November: Fall fundraiser? Discussion had about various fundraising ideas. Jerry will look into a custom dessert to be served at local restaurants with part of the proceeds going to the PTF. Movie night? Outside if possible. Popcorn machine, 50/50 raffle, door prizes.

December: Polar Express- Every other year. Let's stay with that.

May: Color Run and Teacher Appreciation gifts.
