1. 5:05 Attendance / sign-in:  Jerry Troger, Jeff Paul, Jody Butilier, Hollie Stanwood, Madeline Wright, Douglas Wright,  On Phone  Amy Allen 

2. Approval of March Minutes- -JB motion to approve, JP, 2nd. Unanimous 

3. Treasurer’s Report

Checking balance: $11,327.04 ($7,500 after approved items are paid out)

Scrip Saving balance: $2,193.58

4. New member recruitment (Secretary)

5.  Spring Fling details / update Sign up genius going out to families with this week’s Newsletter, costs coming in under Budget (approved 500 last meeting). 2 tickets sold 8 people so far plus 16 or so organizing parents. 

6. Request of funds

• Prizes for walking Club- Tim Pearson up to $300

• JB Motion 2nd HS- -Unanimous 

7.  Next Few Months: 

• April:  Spring Fling (29th) & Book Fair- -Nicole Hodge to head up- -

• Color Run legwork- -JT to organize 

• May: Color Run (MAY 21st), Teacher Appreciation Week (05/01 - 05/05)
