1. Call to Order & Welcome

3. Treasurer’s Report

Current Balances:

• Checking: $14,364.14

• Savings: $2,696.99

• PayPal: $130.74

• Total Funds Available: $17,191.87

• Review pending reimbursements or recent deposits

• Confirm upcoming expenditures (events, grants, etc.)

4. Principal & Teacher Updates

• Classroom requests or upcoming projects

5. Trunk-or-Treat / Family Movie Night

• Event planning and logistics

• 4 rsvp, 2 trunks, 5 treaters as of today

• Volunteer needs and setup schedule

• Movie: Scooby-Doo 5:30pm

• Linda from the drama group to have a trunk with a donation jar / QR codes for venmo/paypal (Jerry Troger)

• Portapotty to be the bathroom

• Drinks (Jody Butilier)

  • gatorade, coke, sprite, diet coke, water

• Projector & laptop syncing, table (Jerry Troger)

• Dunkin’s Hot chocolate pickup and prep (Lindsey McMorrow)

• Popcorn setup and serving (Madeline Wright)

• Decorations, lighting, and safety plans

6. Election of Officers

  • Vice President: Madeline Wright

  • Vote and confirm roles for 2025–26 (approved)

7. Events & Fundraisers

• Fall/Winter: Upcoming Holiday event

  • Christmas Festival:

    • 20 applications / 6 paid

    • Raffle on items donated by the vendors, drama donation

    • Santa’s corner, backdrop $30

    • Student council bake sale

    • PTF hot cider

    • Volunteers for decorations, student council

    • Communication with Ms. Spaulding, head of student council (Madeline Wright)

• Spring: End-of-Year Event / Spring Fling initial planning

• Bottle Drive

  • Ask Stompers if we can drop off large collection on a Sunday (Katie McCourt)

  • We, Dedham School, gets 20% more on the redemption, and the potential businesses can write it off as a donation

• Sound System

  • 501c3 grants from businesses, McDonalds for example, could be given toward such systems (Katie McCourt & Jerry Troger)

• Snack shack

• Classroom fundraiser competition with a fun field trip as prize, Urban Air, Observatory, Challenger for example, as a way to bring in smaller amounts of money from more parents

• Pasta fundraiser
